Working with Veraclins.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using veraclins.com (the "Site"), operated by Veraclins Tech Solutions Limited ("Veraclins"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Veraclins public corporate website only. They do not govern any software product, client engagement, partnership, consulting engagement, or other service provided by Veraclins. Such activities may be subject to separate written agreements, product-specific terms, or other applicable arrangements.
Where a separate written agreement applies to a particular service, product, or engagement, that agreement will govern the relevant relationship to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
2. What this Site is
Veraclins.com is the corporate website of Veraclins, an Abuja-based software company. The Site provides information about who we are, what we build, our capabilities, and how prospective clients and partners can contact us.
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes. Descriptions of our services, products, capabilities, or previous work do not constitute an offer, guarantee of availability, or binding commitment unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Product-specific terms may apply to individual products. For example, Edulinks.ng is governed by its own terms and policies.
3. Public beta
From 30 September 2026 until we announce its end, parts of the Site are in public beta. During the beta, the Site may change, fail or be unavailable without notice.
We remove test submissions during and after the beta. For real business enquiries please send a direct email to [email protected].
If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you give Veraclins a free, worldwide, permanent licence to use them to improve our products and services, without owing you payment or credit. Do not include other people's personal data or confidential information in feedback.
We may end the beta, or any person's participation in it, at any time.
4. How you may use the Site
You may read, link to, quote short excerpts from, and reference publicly available content on the Site for personal, educational, editorial, or commercial purposes, provided that you do not misrepresent the content or imply that Veraclins endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your use of it.
When using the Site or contact form, you must not:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deliberately misleading content.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site or its operation.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or access areas or systems that you are not authorized to access.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect information from the Site at unreasonable rates or in a manner that places an undue burden on our systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the Site for security vulnerabilities without our prior written permission.
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, recruiting outreach, spam, or content that violates Nigerian law or any other law applicable to your use of the Site.
We may refuse to respond to, remove, restrict, or block submissions that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Site, our systems, our team, or other users.
5. Contact-form submissions and enquiries
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or trade-secret information through the contact form unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation between you and Veraclins. It also does not create a client, supplier, partnership, employment, or other contractual relationship.
We will handle personal information submitted through the Site in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any formal engagement, project, partnership, or other business relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement or other arrangement agreed by the relevant parties.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, code, graphics, design elements, photographs, visual assets, and Veraclins brand assets, is owned by Veraclins or used under an applicable license.
Content belonging to clients, partners, or other third parties remains the property of its respective owner. Where relevant, such content is displayed on the Site with the appropriate permission, authorization, or applicable license.
You may quote short excerpts from our content with appropriate attribution and may link to our Site. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our content, copy, design, or brand assets without our prior written permission.
The Veraclins name and logo are trademarks of Veraclins. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other right to use our trademarks except as expressly permitted in writing.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to external websites, products, and services, including our products' own websites, Cal.com for scheduling, LinkedIn, and others.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, functionality, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of any third-party website or service is governed by that provider's own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We do not guarantee that any third-party service will remain available or function without interruption.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and to maintain its availability, but we do not guarantee that:
- The Site will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Information presented on the Site will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, tax, financial, or technical advice for your particular circumstances. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information where necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any rights, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Veraclins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This may include, where legally permitted, loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veraclins' aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed NGN 50,000 (fifty thousand Naira).
The exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, remedies, or protections where doing so would be unlawful or where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under Nigerian law.
10. Suspending or restricting access
We may suspend, restrict, or limit access to all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users, our systems, our legal interests, or the security and integrity of our services.
This may include situations where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued access could create a security, legal, or operational risk.
Where reasonably necessary, we may also permanently restrict or terminate access to the Site.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information submitted through the Site, including information submitted through the contact form and any relevant administrative areas, is described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or override the Privacy Policy where it applies.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our services, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Material changes will take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver of any provision will only be effective if expressly given by Veraclins in writing.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
